Rachel Hayter is a flautist, composer and music educator based in London. She specialises in Brazilian music and performs with award-winning choro quintet Alvorada. She has performed in numerous festivals and venues including Kings Place, the Barbican, Pizza Express Jazz Club, London Jazz Festival, the Vortex, Zedel, Shambala and Paris International Choro Festival. She frequently performs in the UK and internationally in the genres of Brazilian, Latin, folk and jazz. She also composes for theatre and is a workshop leader. Read on to find out more!
